I’m usually a little hesitant about paying online, but something about the checkout felt straightforward and secure. My gut was telling me it seemed fine, and it ended up being easy. My card went through without any issues, the confirmation came right away, and I haven’t seen any strange charges since. Overall, it felt safe and smooth.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I’d say Fragrancebuddy.com was easy to get around. It only took me a few minutes to find what I was looking for, and the search seemed to work well enough. Pages loaded quickly on my end, and checkout was straightforward too. The only thing I noticed is that some product pages could probably use a little more detail, but overall I didn’t run into any real problems using the site.

The bottle showed up with some scratches, and the box was crushed when it arrived. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but I guess it’s still usable, so I’ll deal with it

"Shipping was a bit ridiculous"
I was ready to place an order on fragrancebuddy.com, but then the shipping cost showed up at checkout and, well, that was cute. The item price looked decent at first, but the total jumped way more than I expected. For one small bottle, it just didn’t make sense to pay that much to get it shipped. Maybe the site itself is perfectly fine, but those shipping charges definitely made the decision for me. I ended up buying it somewhere else

When my order arrived, the bottle had leaked all over the box because the cap was loose. What really bothered me was opening it and realizing about half the fragrance was already gone. It felt like I paid for a full bottle but lost a big chunk of it before I even got to use it

I’ve checked fragrancebuddy.com a bunch of times looking for harder-to-find perfumes, it feels like everything is always out of stock. The site keeps popping up when I search, so I get my hopes up, then nothing I actually want is available. Maybe some people have better luck, but for me it’s basically been a waste of time.

My order showed up fine and everything was okay overall, but the experience didn’t feel as good as I remember. The site feels a little dated now, and the tracking updates were slow. Not a bad experience, just feels like it used to be better.

I placed my order and then kind of had to keep chasing them for updates, which was frustrating. I mean, is it really too much to ask for a clear update now and then? When they did reply, it was usually late and not always very clear. The product did show up eventually, but the communication side of things made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

My order did show up, so I’ll give them that, but the shipping took longer than I was expecting. The perfume is okay, I guess, but something about the scent felt a little off to me. It’s definitely not awful, and maybe someone else would like it more, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again.

"Customer service made no sense"
I don’t get what happened with their customer service. I asked a simple question and all I got back were short, unhelpful replies that didn’t actually solve anything. Like, make it make sense. It really felt like they were just trying to brush me off so I’d stop asking. Definitely not an experience I’d want to deal with again.

I ordered from Fragrancebuddy.com i wasn’t sure if I was being too optimistic about the shipping time, but it got here way quicker than I expected. The tracking updated normally, and the package was packed well too. Maybe I just assumed it would take longer for no reason, but either way, I’m happy with how fast it showed up. No issues at all.

I emailed them twice and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating, especially when you see other companies responding to people quickly. At this point, I don’t feel confident buying from here again.

"Not the fragrance I remembered"
I ordered this from FragranceBuddy and, to be fair, the bottle showed up fine and looked decent enough, so that part was nice. But the actual scent was kind of disappointing. It hit really sharp at first, then basically disappeared on me within an hour.
I’ve worn this fragrance before, so I know what it’s supposed to smell like, and this just didn’t have the same feel at all. Maybe I got a bad bottle, or maybe my expectations were too high, but it came across cheap for something that was trying its best to seem legit. I wouldn’t buy it again.
